Shipping Information…

• We ship via UPS. If not otherwise stated, we use UPS GroundTrac® for delivery in 1 - 6 business days depending on your location within the US. For delivery estimates, please see the Time In Transit map. We also offer 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight delivery options.
• Shipping Charges… We charge the actual UPS advertised rate, including the current UPS Fuel Surcharge. After you enter your shipping address in the online shopping cart, you will be given prices for shipping via all available methods.
• Handling Charges… $2.95 for 1 to 5 items, $4.95 for 6 to 10 items, Free for 11 items or more. This minimal fee helps cover our costs and significant time required to pack these pieces for safe shipment to anywhere that UPS covers.
• Due to UPS Dimensional Weight charges based on the package size, and the individual packaging requirements of each piece, air shipping quotes may vary. Should the shipping be more than 10% greater than the stated amount, we will contact you for your approval prior to shipping.
• We do not make any profit from shipping fees!
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so be certain to provide your street address on the order form.
• Address Correction Fee. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that doesn't match the city, etc.) UPS charges us a $6.00 address corrrection fee for GroundTrac® shipments and a $10.00 address correction fee for Air and International shipments. Due to this, we must receive full and fair reimbursement for this expense from the purchaser. We will charge this fee to the purchaser's credit card to offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the customer. The best way to avoid this fee is to provide complete and accurate address information for your order.

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address
within the 48 contiguous states.
Transit day include business days only - weekends and holidays are not counted.
Note: Shipping Guarantees are not valid during the Christmas holiday shipping period.

* 99% of the time, we ship in-stock items ordered by 3:30PM ET on the same day you place your order. Incomplete or incorrect information, credit card problems or address verification problems may cause a delay. Some pieces with special packing requirements may take an extra day. For Ponzini Art Glass items, please contact us for stock status. International orders excluded.
